Worthless for syncing with other IOS devices

You can only add files to the cloud using a computer. So I download a PDF on my iPhone and cannot sync to the cloud to be able to update my iPad with the same files. iCloud isnt even an option in Files Pro. Even some free apps have this option. Im love the app but this shortfall is a deal breaker!
